In keeping up with the anniversary of our engagement, we went on a picnic at the lake. The only sand we could find for the kids to play in was on the volleyball court. Ella discovered a seashell, this butterfly, and a goose feather. She didn't really want to get her feet in the sand or the water. They both loved the little park. Ella said she loved doing a ''picinic''.

I've missed your posts! We tried to do a picnic today too, but it was very short-lived....too darn hot.
