Bye Bye Poopy!

Ella is starting to use the potty. Her favorite part is to wave bye-bye to her poopy as it flushes. Unfortunately, this also means she feels entitled to say goodbye to everyone else's as well.

Miller who?

Ella was having so much fun with her cousins and friends at the Braman's this weekend, she hardly noticed all the people holding 'MY BABY BROTHER!'

Grandma's House is F-U-N!

The girls enjoyed Grandma's house as much as the park. They got to eat donuts out on the patio, practice ballet, and serve all sorts of food she had purchased for their kitchen.

Choo-Choo!

We had a blast at our annual Katy Days trip to Parsons. Aunt Aimee took the girls on a ride in the park train. They also enjoyed funnel cake and playgrounds.

9 1/2 Weeks

Our little prince went to his 2month check up yesterday and did great. His doctor and nurse were so impressed with how happy and laid back he was. He weighed 13lbs. 8oz, and was 24 1/4 inches tall. His only complaint was during the 3 shots. Can't say I blame him.

I Just Can't Quit You, Coat

Although this 6-12month coat is too little and hot for Ella at this point, she goes back to it everytime. Popsicles are probably her 2nd favorite to the coat.

Celebrating 3 Mommies!

Not sure why, but Jason and I seem to breed pirate babies with the shifty right eye. Ella was 9weeks in this shot, and Miller is 8weeks.

Mr. Serious

I finally got a shot of Miller smiling. I pride myself in such good night sleepers partly because I don't talk to them or even try to make eye contact when it's a middle of the night feeding. Last night I slipped and looked up to see this mug looking back at me. A Melissa M wub moment!

Fave Shots

I always have my favorite shots that Carmen & Jennifer take when they visit. Carmen was on a mission impossible to get a shot of Miller smiling. I'll see what I can do in the next few days.

Race For The Cure 2007

Today was the NWA Komen Race for the Cure. The whole family walked the 5K this morning. Ella did great and rode in the stroller without complaint. Miller needed some cuddle time from Lauren about halfway through. Bonnie's Believers once again!

Welcome Baby Jake!!

We're excited to announce the arrival of our first nephew, Jake Benjamin Hudman, born April 14, 7lbs 4 oz, 19 inches long. He was an early baby at 37 weeks, but everyone is doing great. Congratulations Carmen & Jennifer!

Our Goofy Girl

Ella is non-stop entertainment. Here she's putting on daddy's shirt, using Gable as a pillow, putting her dollies to sleep under blankies(although looks like a dolly crimescene to me), and 'punkin milk' like mommy.

Easter with the Cousins

We had a ball with the cousins, Dominic, Nadia, and Audrey during the Easter Egg Hunt in the yard. The kids woke up to baskets full of goodies. We attempted a local hunt on Sat. that was very cold, but well worth the look at the helicopter that dropped the eggs. (Ella wanted to put her hat on herself!)

Baptism Times 2

Jason & Miller were both baptised at St. Vincent dePaul Catholic Church on Sat. evening at the Easter Vigil Mass. Jason was also confirmed into the Catholic Faith. Unfortunately we didn't get any pictures and are awaiting the ones taken by the church that I'll post later.

Mr. Miller

Our big boy's first Easter. Miller went for his 2 week check last week and weighed 10lbs. 11oz, and was a little over 22inches long. He drank from his first bottle last night at his baptism and took to it like a pro. We are so lucky to have such an adaptable, healthy baby.

Jason is making me post the picture of 'The Thompson Girls' to compare to Ella. Everyone is saying how she is starting to look more like me and we think this picture proves it. This is one of my favorite pictures of Aimee & I in front of our Aunt & Uncle's old house in Parsons. Weren't the 70's groovy? Our dolly baby was such a little poser for her Easter picture. Unfortunately, Miller didn't make the shoot as he was sound asleep.
