Ready for some Hot Chocolate

The kids came in from jumping in the bouncy house during the neighborhood get together last week on a VERY cold evening. They stripped all their gear off and I discovered these redcheeked, messed up hair cuties.

Favorite Food

Brooks loves to suck on his feet. It's the teether that will never drop on the floor.

This looks like a good spot!

I don't know why I thought just because the kids were taking showers now that we would be done with bath toys.

Miller's Pumpkin

Miller requested Lightning McQueen and thought his pumpkin was 'cool' but was more interested in the spotted snails that have started crawling in Ella's Snow White pumpkin.

Snow White, Snow White

I didn't carve pumpkins last year, so am letting the kids pick what they want this year. Ella chose Snow White, and Miller wants Lightning McQueen. I haven't started on his yet, hopefully will get it done before Halloween.

2 More Cousins!

We found out last night that we will be getting 2 more girl cousins. Aunt Carmen and Aunt Jennifer have picked out names for Riley Klein and Reese Kennedy. They are healthy and growing well and we couldn't be more thankful! We are so looking forward to meeting these girls next spring.

Big Day Today

The kids decorated Halloween cookies and Ella had an end of session performance at her dance studio. She and Marissa have completed the princess class and are now moving onto the shapes. I wonder what those costumes will be??

Giggles

Ella has the touch with Brooks like she did with Miller(See 'Make me Laugh' Sept 2007).

Brooksy is 5 months old

What a turn around month for this kiddo. His reflux has become so much better. He is catching up on all his tummy time and exersaucer time. He weighed 16 lbs. yesterday, and has started grabbing things out of my hands. Our family loves watching this little man transform. With each milestone Ella and Miller realize he is closer to walking and talking with them!

Creating Ashalea

Ella is famous for her names. This year's scarecrow is no exception. Miller decided he would oversee the project instead of participating because he didn't want to get 'itchy'.

Missing the Weaver Girls

I ran across these pictures from the August visit and forgot to include it on the blog. We celebrated Nadia's 8th birthday and Audrey's 5th when they were here for Brooks' baptism. We miss our beautiful girls(including Aimee) and are so looking forward to seeing them in a few weeks.

Right Choices Corn Maze

We hit the pumpkin patch/corn maze last weekend and the weather was absolutely beautiful. We met up with friends and did a picnic, cow train, pony rides, hay ride (which Brooks slept through while sucking on his fingers..awww), and the corn maze. It was a lot of fun and I got so caught up in it that I think I bought a cow!
