Ella hit another milestone today...the ability to take off her diaper. I'll spare everyone the photo of the deposit in the entryway. I'll just say this: I wouldn't let her put her hands in your mouth anytime soon.
Our sweet angel threw herself onto the floor in a dramatic display after mommy simply held out her hand and said, "want to go up to the playroom with mommy?" She is definitely independent and wanting more control of her life. Must be tough to be the baby. :(
Ella had a fun weekend with landscaping, swimming with daddy, and her first overnighter with Grammy & Grandpa. Mommy & Daddy got to sleep in until 8AM. Thanks Grammy & Grandpa!
Dr. Rhodes was very nice and told Ella she had a beautiful smile. His office was just like a spaceship and had video games and tvs with headphones. Daddy liked the place so much, he wanted to start going to Dr. Rhodes for his checkups.
Mommy & Daddy decided to take control of the living room back and gave me my own playroom upstairs. Now if I can just get them to take that baby gate off the stairs.
Ella has learned a thing or two about gravity this week. She's taken a few tumbles and can't wait to show her bruises to Ansley when she gets back from her trip.
Ella & Daddy were so cute together working out in the yard this weekend. She loves her new toys. She's climbing her castle and sliding down by herself, and figured out how to sit on her new tricycle from Grandma and Grandpa Thompson.
The Weaver's left to go back home today. We will miss them very much. Ella is going to be so sad when she realizes her cousins are not here. We hope to see them over 4th of July!
Little Betty Crocker has been such a big helper this week. She had a big day meeting Scooby Doo & Spiderman at Walmart today, and got a picture with both.
Ella officially turns 1 today. We had her last photo shoot with Sarah yesterday. She has accomplished so much in such a short time. She has been weaning and doing great with it. We couldn't have asked for a better baby and are so excited to see her grow each day.
